Why does the number of months of payment history available vary by Utility Company?

It is up to each utility provider to determine what and how much information they make available to their customers in their online accounts. Some utility providers may provide as much as 24 months of history. Other companies may provide only one (1) month of history. eCredable has no control over the amount of information the utility provider chooses to provide.
