How do I stop reporting rent payments through eCredable?

1. Log in to eCredable
2. Select your rent account.
3. Click the Account Details menu.  
4. Click Mark as closed.
5. Follow the steps to finish closing the account.

We will no longer report your rental account to TransUnion. We will report the rental account as closed and in good standing. Once your account is reported closed, it cannot be reversed.
