How do I stop reporting phone and utility accounts using eCredable?

1. Log in to eCredable
2. Select the account you wish to close.
3. Click the Account Details menu.  
4. Click Mark as closed.
5. Follow the steps to finish closing the account.

We will no longer report this account to TransUnion. Instead, we will report the account as closed and in good standing. Once your account is reported as closed, it cannot be reversed.
