How do I connect my accounts?

Follow these steps to link your phone and utility accounts to eCredable:

Step one: Connect Bank Account

1. Select "Connect Payment Source"
2. eCredable uses Plaid to securely connect your payment account - click "Continue"
3. Select the Financial Institution that you bank with – the one you use to make your payments (this can even be a credit card account at your bank)
4. Complete the on-screen prompts

Step two: Link Phone and Utility Accounts

1. Select the account you want to link – choose any or all of Power, Gas, Water, or Phone payment
2. Enter the name of your phone or utility provider
3. Select a payment that you made to your provider

Step three: Report

Leave this to eCredable! Your accounts will automatically report to TransUnion within 30 days of being linked and every month going forward.
